On behalf of the organizing committee, it is my great pleasure and honor to welcome you all to the 19th Annual Scientific Meeting of the Indonesian Heart Association (ASMIHA) which will be held from April 16 to18, 2010 at the Ritz Carlton Hotel, Jakarta Indonesia.
With the theme, Indonesian Cardiology Moving Ahead: Fighting Cardiovascular Disease in Harmony, we will discuss the recent advances and developments in the field of cardiovascular disease within innovative and stimulating topics.
The meeting will comprise a series of plenary lectures covering major areas of cardiovascular disease. There will also be nine workshops, symposia, free papers and young investigators award session and live case transmission about the latest issue and advances in the field of interventional cardiology.

It gives us great pleasure to invite you to attend the The 19th Annual Scientific Meeting of the Indonesia Heart Association on April 16 – 18, 2010 in Jakarta. Over the years, the Indonesian Heart Association has made numerous meeting which constantly gained the recent expansion in cardiovascular diagnosis and management. For that reason we are organizing “The 19th Annual Scientific
Meeting of the Indonesian Heart Association”. We are expecting over 1.750 participants coming from every part of Indonesia including cardiologist, nephrologists, endocrinologist, internal medicine specialist, neurologist, cardio-thoracic surgeons, cardiac technicians, cardiac nurses, general practitioners and other professional, last but not least, the researchers.
We realize that Cardiovascular Sciences growth and improve rapidly among the cardiologist. By this meeting, we are convinced the cardiologist will be able to exchange ideas and share their experience in research and clinical practice.
